A new chapter in sustainable infrastructure is taking shape at ReGenEarth's Eccleshall site, as Project Phoenix continues to make significant progress from development and planning into physical delivery.
All key equipment has now arrived on site, including the End-of-Life Tyre Processing (ETP) Research & Development rig, provided by RER, microwave, compressor and condenser. Installation and setup are now underway, bringing the facility closer to operational readiness and providing important new capabilities for technology testing, evaluation and continuous improvement.
Together, these developments represent another significant milestone for Project Phoenix, demonstrating tangible progress as ReGenEarth transforms its vision into operational infrastructure, supporting innovation, sustainable resource recovery and long-term commercial value.
Transforming existing infrastructure. Creating new value.
Project Phoenix is a cornerstone of ReGenEarth's wider development strategy, demonstrating how existing industrial sites and infrastructure can be repurposed to support the next generation of circular economy solutions.
The redevelopment will bring together complementary technologies and processes, including biochar production, end-of-life tyre recycling and innovative resource recovery applications.
Rather than simply replacing what came before, the project is designed to maximise the value of existing assets, infrastructure and resources.
Refurbishment and reuse are central to this approach. By recovering, repurposing and returning valuable industrial resources to productive use, ReGenEarth is demonstrating how circular economy principles can be applied throughout the development process itself.

Developing solutions designed to scale.
Beyond the transformation of Eccleshall, Project Phoenix has a wider strategic purpose.
Through the integration of established technologies, technical expertise and commercial partnerships, we aim to establish a repeatable model for developing sustainable infrastructure at other suitable locations.
Considerable work has already gone into engineering, technology selection, feedstock supply, permitting and commercial planning, creating a stronger foundation for future delivery.
The combination of equipment manufacture, commercial negotiations, site readiness and live R&D activity reflects the breadth of progress now being made.
Under the leadership of Andy Tittensor and Malcolm Mullins, and with the commitment of the wider project team, Eccleshall is steadily moving towards becoming a working demonstration of ReGenEarth's development and delivery capabilities.
From ambition to delivery.
Project Phoenix is about more than redeveloping a single site. It represents our commitment to unlocking new environmental and commercial value from existing resources.
By combining renewable energy opportunities, circular products, carbon removal and resource recovery, the project aims to demonstrate how industrial infrastructure can evolve to meet changing market and environmental needs.
With manufacturing progressing, site works advancing and R&D activities under way, Project Phoenix is building real delivery momentum.
It's another step towards creating infrastructure that recovers resources, generates new opportunities and delivers lasting value.
Project Phoenix. Renewing infrastructure. Recovering resources. Generating value.
That's what we call Power with Purpose.
